If you look at the pictures on the web, you will agree that it seems delicious. You can even use pre-made crescent roll and just wrap the apples up into that and then bake. You can use the recipe below that is easy and fast without any complication.
2-3 red apples
1/2 lemon juice
1x puff pastry sheet
Muffin cups (silicone work better)
First, wash the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.
Right after that, place the apple slices for about 5 min. in boiling water with lemon juice, so that they won’t change color. Then preheat the oven to 180° C.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon and cut the puff pastry into strips. As soon as the apple slices are easy to bend, they can be placed to cool and drain on paper towels.
Now slightly place the apple slices on the pastry stripes by overlapping them a little and then add the sugar-cinnamon mixture and a little bit of jam.
