What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Most items are shipped via FedEX and USPS. (FedEx occasionally hands items off to USPS for final delivery, called 'SmartPost' and 'Mail Innovations'*.)

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship internationally to countries not listed as embargoed at the time of shipment.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Most items are shipped 3–10 business days after payment within the Continental United States. Larger items may require additional time for shipment. If you have questions about the shipping to your country, please contact us.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) registered to a US or Canadian address. We also accept PayPal.We do not accept international cards and are unable to process transactions under a prepaid card.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Buying online from our website is totally secure but we recommend to protect yourself with your payment from your bank. We use https to protect all transactions.

How do I place an Order?

When you're ready to place your order, go to your cart. Review and verify your shipping address and payment method by tapping on Ship to and Pay with at the top of the screen. Review and confirm the items in your cart. If you have a promo code you want to use, enter it to apply it to the order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We make every effort to process your order the minute it's placed, therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been submitted. If an update is needed, please Contact Us and we will do what we can to make it right.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need necessary to create and account to make a purchase but we recommend to create your own account in order to keep your transaction, tracking of your product, and more.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your order tracking information and estimated delivery date. You can click on the order tracking link directly in the email or enter your tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund. Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking #. ​ Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. ​ All sale items are final and non-refundable. ​ Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you. ​ Please make all Returns to address below *only after you have been given return instructions through email.
